As soon as possible.
I can only take too many births a month, so if you want to have your spot secured, I highly suggest you book fast.
Spots fill in quickly and I don't want to leave anyone out!
If you're on the last weeks of your pregnancy and just decided to hire me, reach out anyways! I might have a spot for you, even if it's short notice.
Why is birth photography so expensive?
That's a very common question that not everyone wants to ask.
Being on call 24/7, having reliable transportation, the expensive gear we need to carry, the time spent at the birth and the amount of hours we spend editing, plus all the memberships and subscriptions, taxes and childcare are all things that make the cost of doing business very high.
what if you can't make it to the birth?
Due to the unpredictable nature of birth, that can happen. If it's because baby comes super fast and they are born before I get to the birth, I will document that first couple of hours, the bonding and the precious moments.
If I'm at another birth or sick, I will send my back up to your birth (that is very rare!).
If the time spent at the birth is not enough, we'll schedule a make up session.
What if i want photos but I don't want to see all the rawness of birth?
That's ok.
We will talk about your preferences when we have our consultation.
Even though I have a style and though I think birth is beautiful as raw as it is, I want to provide for you the kind of images you want to have.
